Andreas Papadakis

Andreas Papadakis is Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Educators in the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPETE). He holds BSc and Ph.D. from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), focusing on the design and provision of advanced, networked services. He has worked as a scientific expert in the Greek Ministry of Interior fostering the automation of service provision to citizens and the management of digital signatures in the Public Sector. He has also worked in the private sector project as project / technical manager or coordinator (being involved in more than 10 EU RTD projects). He is a regular reviewer in international conferences and has served as Program Committee member in international and national magazines and conferences. He has more than 50 publications in International journals and conferences and edited two books. His work has contributed to standardization (OSA/Parlay and IETF). He is member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).
