Open Info Day for Slidewiki, Open and Collaborative Tools and Open Courses by EKDDA

An Open Info Day for “Open and Collaborative Tools and Open Courses– Slidewiki”, took place on 15th of December at EKDDA in Greece. The action was organized by  EKDDA and the Ministry of Education of Greece. The event gathered over 100 trainers from higher, secondary and primary education additional to EKDDA’s trainers and other public officers. People came from different organizations, many administrative levels and from many regions of Greece.

The event focused on lessons learned from different open tools and open courses on a wide range of thematic fields. Lessons learned by SlideWiki were presented in a special session and open courses from internal and external trials in Greece were analyzed.

Anastasia Papastilianou from EKDDA, Alex Microgiannidis from Open University Papanikolaou Kyparissia from ASPAITE and Vivi Spetsioti for GFOSS presented their implementation approach on Slidewiki.

This initiative of EKDDA has offered opportunities to extend the user base of the SlideWiki platform and gather valuable feedback from different communities of learners and educators about their open education needs.
