SlideWiki was presented at the Binaire Magazine of the L3S Research Center at the University of Hannover. The new version of the L3S Magazine Binaire, published and distributed at state level today, focusses on the importance of digitising education, while giving insights into the current research of the L3S in the field of digitisation of education and science, including Open Education and Open Science. In this issue of Binaire, Prof. Dr. Sören Auer analyzes the importance of Crowdsourcing, Open Education, informal online learning and Learning Analytics [page 9], and Ms. Alexandra Garatzogianni elaborates on the SlideWiki project [page 16] and introduces the SlideWiki follow-up project InclusiveOCW, which is presented in page 17.
