SlideWiki Workshop at the University College Dublin

Presentations have become indispensable in our everyday life. The SlideWiki platform, which is the main focus of the SlideWiki project, provides an open-source online platform for collaboratively creating and sharing Open Educational Resources (OER) in the form of presentation slides. Unlike other OER repositories, the SlideWiki platform is designed to ensure the reuse, mixing, and repurpose of OER material and slides and the translation of this content into more than 50 languages, supporting thus the engagement and social networking of educators and learners while enabling them to gain access to new educational material.

Therefore, to introduce the open source platform to educators like you, we have organised the first SlideWiki Workshop in Ireland.

13 September 2018 from  12:00 to 14:00 !only few seats left!
14 September 2018 from 12:00 to 14:00

It will be an hands on workshop where we will mentor you to use the platform on your own teaching material. Because of limited space we would like to invite you to enroll to the workshop asap using the link below indicating your selected date among the two available.

The focus of the workshop would be how teachers can be more effective using the SlideWiki platforms as educational technology. Please make sure to bring your laptops and a bunch of teaching and educational slideshows in PowerPoint.
